Real Life Preperie: Kepler’s Nautical First Birthday

Happy hump day! As I mention in my bio, I really love that Preperie has allowed me to connect with and help moms, grandmothers, and sisters of all kinds celebrate the special moments in their family’s lives. Recently I worked with Erica, a mom of 2 (who randomly lives in the town where I spent my childhood!) as she planned her son Kepler’s first birthday. She wanted to use the color scheme Navy, Orange, and Gray (which I love!) that is prominent in her son’s nursery, but didn’t want to go overboard (get it??) on the budget.

I totally knew what she meant. We all want to make our loved ones’ milestones special, but expenses add up! A DIY custom-designed party package from a lot of vendors can be more expensive than a box diapers! That’s why I offer everything a la carte so thoughtful, hardworking moms (grandmothers, sisters, best friends, whoever) can choose what makes the most sense for them based on their priorities.

Erica was kind enough to send photos of her son’s nautical-inspired birthday and I’ve included them below.  I especially love her take on the sea-worthy menu!  Hope you enjoy!
