The title for this post comes from a memory from childhood. When I was in choir in middle school (no, I wasn’t a very good singer but I enjoyed it), my teacher told us if you forgot the words while on stage (assuming you weren’t a soloist), mouth “watermelon, watermelon, watermelon” and it will still look like you know the song. Kinda handy, right?
Aaanyway, normally I post on Mondays but I couldn’t wait. So, in honor of Hump Day, which I have re-named Watermelon Wednesday, I’m unveiling the latest event suite. I started working on this design several weeks ago but didn’t like the direction it was going. I took a break and came back to it and I’m so glad I did. The brief breather allowed the design to develop organically rather than me force it. I wanted to create a watermelon design because 1) it’s perfect for summer and 2) who doesn’t love a nice preppy pink and green combo? The design includes:
[for birthdays, showers, and other events]
monthly photo banner
[isn’t my little lady an adorable model?]
[that allow you to create your own beauties]
